Job Summary:
Dear Friend,
Welcome! We are seeking a concientious Accounting Assistant to join our team. We are a small, but growing restaurant & franchising company. We currently have two corporate locations, two franchised locations, and two more properties being built out. Our accounting department is certainly kept on its toes!
We are therefore seeking a detail oriented, and organized individual to join our team.
Job requirements:
* Must have Basic Accounting Principles Experience.
* Experience with Quickbooks Online & Excel
Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up to date Financial Records using Quickbooks accounting.
* Reconcile Daily Sales from the Point of Sale system and enter the Daily Sales into Quickbooks.
* Accounts Payable - Enter Vendor Invoices into Quickbooks and Reconcile Vendor Statements to Quickbooks.
* Perform Bank Reconciliations.
* Assist with Month-End Account Reconciliations
* Assist with special projects as needed.
Compensation:
* Between $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule:
* The expectation is 25 hours per week.
* Our office is open Monday - Thursday, 10am to 6pm, so within that time, you can pick your own schedule, as long as you set your hours in a fixed, predictable schedule.
